Cibolo Canyons

Cibolo Canyons is one of my favorite neighborhoods in North San Antonio. It is conveniently located off 281 and TPC Parkway for quick access into the city or you can head North towards the hill country and Canyon Lake. Cibolo Canyons is broken up into several neighborhoods that fit just about any budget and taste.

Cibolo Canyons Neighborhood Statistics

In the last year the average price sold in Cibolo Canyons was $438,000. This stat is slightly scewed because only 4 homes sold for over $400,000 in 2012, but two of them were over $800 in the Palacios. Most homes in the neighborhood average between $270,000 to $350,000. The lowest priced home in 2012 sold for $249,000 and the most expensive sold for $1.1 million. 19 Cibolo Canyons homes sold in 2012 with the average days on market coming in at 89 days.

Cibolo Canyons Amenities

Cibolo Canyons has some of the best neighborhood amenities in the area. The highlight of the neighborhood is the pool complex just off TPC parkway. The pool area includes a hot tub, lazy river, and a kids wet playground area that will remind you of your favorite resort. There are shaded areas for families where residents can keep out of the sun or have a small party in the shade. All the neighborhoods in Cibolo Canyons are gate to increase the security of the area. There are multiple jogging trails and running areas that work their way through the neighborhoods.
