  Jacob was experienced and knowledgeable from the start. He knew what we were looking for in our home purchase in Austin. So glad we had him to help us negotiate on our behalf !

  We used Jacob recently for the sale of our property and he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone that knows what it means to TCB, is a straight shooter, and is easy to get along with. The whole process was a breeze.

  Jacob was helpful in evaluation of preparation of the property, and volunteered to assist in clearing out our furniture and donating it to Goodwill. He recommended that certain repairs be left as is, and others that would be wise to do. We sold our Lake Condo as a reduced value, in preparation of a modern upgrade. We cleaned the carpet, but left the paint in existing condition. We emptied the condo, but left a hole in the wall in the back of the linen closet. I feel his insight of "bang for your buck" was spot-on.

During negotiations, he helped us see the true nature of the offers, and he guided us to a successful sale. He made himself available at all hours of every day of the week. And although we had several complications arise (covering zoning, common element ownership, and other technical details), Jacob was knowledgeable and fully versed upon most areas, and was quick to research the ones he was not.

  Jacob helped us secure a great rental home before moving across the country. He was responsive and flexible and demonstrated knowledge of our neighborhoods of interest. Jacob is a good bet if you’re looking to move to or within Austin!

  Jacob was the selling agent on a home I purchased in North Austin. I was so impressed with him, I made it a point to hire him to sell the same property a few years later, which we did in 3 days for well over asking. He then helped me purchase a home outside of Austin. Both times, Jacob made the process easy and virtually stress-free. He was always available and accommodating regarding my questions or concerns. He not only presented thoughtful, educated options but the rationale behind them, making it easy for me to make decisions before and after the selling/buying process. Highly recommended.

  I've known Jacob for a long time, but never used his real estate services until recently. I referred him to a friend in Austin that was looking for a home to rent while she decided what area she wanted to by in. Jacob not only helped her find a temporary rental home, but he helped her find the cutest home that was exactly what she was looking for. He really understood her lifestyle and what type of neighborhood she would be comfortable in. I would refer Jacob again in a heartbeat!

  I could not rate the process expertise because we haven't finished our deal yet. However up to this point Jacob has been very attentive to our needs and has gone way out of his way to get us to a home at the drop of a hat. He is helpful, knowledgeable, and its clear that our needs are the purpose for his every action. We are happy we have chosen him and grateful for the help he has given so far.

  Jacob Youngblood is really, really good. His talent, knowledge and thoroughness helped finding my parents a place in San Antonio really easy. He has a vast knowledge of the real estate market in both Austin and San Antonio and is a great guy to work with.

  Jacob is a great person before, during, and after the sale. He helped stage our house, paint our walls, and gave us candid, valuable, information about the home we purchased. He is all in about everything he does and really made feel good about the whole home buying process.

  Dr. Youngblood is a shining star in the real estate realm ( I understand Dr. Youngblood isn't really a doctor but for the sake of this review he will be because the man is a Real Estate Surgeon) . I wish my world of war craft skills were as finely tuned as Dr. Youngblood's real estate prowess. He was my guiding light throughout the arduous task of finding me an apartment. He spent countless hours escorting me around Austin penetrating deep into the Austin rental market. His online matrix searches are at the head of their class. I would and will, without a doubt, recommend his services to all people in the land! I am grateful to have had Dr. Youngblood's services. Do yourself a favor and look no further Dr. Youngblood has got all your needs covered.

  Jacob was amazing to work with! Very responsive, helpful, informative and helped us find our dream home! He was referred to us by a friend, and was super easy to work with right off the bat. During the home touring process, he was very honest about the homes and answered any and all questions we had. Was also very respectful, let us look around our own a bit and wore a mask the whole time. Highly recommend working with him if you want to find your dream home the first day of touring! After the process, he answered all our questions about applying, and what to do after we got accepted.

  Jacob assisted me and Danielle with several real estate transactions- renting out our rental property, vetting tenants, contracts, and purchasing our primary residence in Buda. He's definitely our go-to guy for all Real Estate Matters. He's knowledgable, personable, trustworthy and has always shown a willingness to go above and beyond. He always has time for my random questions. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future. My one complaint is that he thinks he's better than he is at pickleball.

  My boyfriend and I worked with Jacob to find an apartment in Austin. We moved knowing little about neighborhoods and he suggested a great one that is close to downtown and to my boyfriends work. We are excited to move into our brand new unit. We are also looking forward to using Jacob in the future to buy a house/ condo.
